Our case management modules are specifically designed to improve the capabilities of practicing case managers and those aspiring to be case managers. This program focuses on the four roles of the case manager as identified by the Case Management Society of America: Assessor, Facilitator, Planner, and Advocate.</p> <p>A key component of CareAdvantage training is the interaction among the participants in the group sessions. Together they learn and apply the strategies that have improved the productivity of hundreds of top performers, and then add their own unique ideas and insights.</p> <p>Beyond the team development sessions, participants engage in a variety of job-related out-of-class assignments.
