Utilization, Case and Disease Management
To meet the growing demand for knowledgeable case managers, CareAdvantage has developed a comprehensive training series that can help develop critical skill sets. Our case management modules are specifically designed to improve the capabilities of practicing case managers and those aspiring to be case managers. This program focuses on the four roles of the case manager as identified by the Case Management Society of America: Assessor, Facilitator, Planner, and Advocate.
A key component of CareAdvantage training is the interaction among the participants in the group sessions. Together they learn and apply the strategies that have improved the productivity of hundreds of top performers, and then add their own unique ideas and insights.
Beyond the team development sessions, participants engage in a variety of job-related out-of-class assignments. They read background material, complete detailed checklists, and conduct interviews that help them adapt the behaviors of top performers to their own working style.
A final unique part of CareAdvantage training modules is the action-learning element.
Many of our CareAdvantage training modules have been approved for CCM credits through CCMC.
Tools
Training modules on our RPNavigator and RightPath™ tools have been specifically designed to support the implementation of our client solutions.
