During various client engagements, CAI had identified the need
for tools and techniques that would empower our consultants, and
our clients, with the information needed to guide their operational
initiatives. In response to this need, CAI built the methodologies,
algorithms and business processes required to address these key
areas of concern. The tools we developed have the ability to adapt
to the unique business environments of both our health plan, and
employer group clients. They were designed "for end users, by
end users", and were developed to turn valuable data into insight.
