Based on the results of the comprehensive assessment, CAI works with the employer's management team to implement benefit and care management strategies that align with the overall corporate health care benefit plan and delivery initiative goals and objectives and re-focuses program resources on those areas of greatest opportunity. The program fundamentals such as the use of data to set the focus, the necessary support, the potential re-allocation of staff, and the development of the program measurement tools will all be defined and developed.
