Mr. Mouras has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. He has held senior management positions in claims, underwriting, sales, operations and managed care. As president and chief executive officer of CareAdvantage Inc., Mr. Mouras oversees all aspects of the company, which includes leading the organization through an aggressive transition into a new business and capitalizing on the strengths and capabilities of the organization. Over the past few years, the company has achieved a major financial and operational turnaround. Immediately prior to joining CareAdvantage, Inc., Mr. Mouras spent over 20 years with CIGNA Healthcare and most recently held the position of President of Intracorp (a wholly owned subsidiary of CIGNA Healthcare), a well established care management organization. While there he successfully transitioned the organization into a $350MM company and managed an aggressive turnaround, revitalization and market repositioning. Prior to Intracorp, as President and General Manager of CIGNA Healthcare of Colorado, he led the organization through significant revenue and earnings growth, winning the prestigious CIGNA Healthcare Superior Achievement Award. Mr. Mouras also created strategic alliances with providers that aptly served all his product lines, developed a Medicare Risk Program, and led his health plan through two consecutive, successful three-year accreditation by NCQA.
