Compensation and Benefits

Our Total Compensation Program is a key driver in CareAdvantage’s transformation to a high-performing company. It is designed to reward and motivate employees to deliver long-term results. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits. All employees who work consistently at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Company’s benefits plans.
