Compensation and Benefits
Our Total
Compensation Program is a key driver in CareAdvantage’s
transformation to a high-performing company. It is designed to
reward and motivate employees to deliver long-term results. We offer
competitive wages and excellent benefits. All employees who work
consistently at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate
in the Company’s benefits plans. These benefits include 9 paid
